The product

Catch My Wave helps you see people around you — in your city or within about 200 metres when you are Here. You may send a Wave. If they catch it, you can chat. A Wave is not a match guarantee. Catching is always free. Discovering people, receiving a Wave, and chatting after a catch are not paid features.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older. You must use your own photos and a real profile. One person, one account.

Waves and Wave+

• Each day you get 3 free Waves (Asia/Kolkata date). Unused free Waves do not carry over.
• Wave packs (5 / 10 / 25 / 50 for ₹19 / ₹29 / ₹59 / ₹75) are one-time purchases. Those Waves never expire.
• Referral Waves never expire. Rewards only after a new person finishes profile setup, on a decreasing ladder (5, then 4, 3, 2, then 1 per friend). They still get 3 bonus Waves.
• Wave+ is ₹149 per month: unlimited ordinary Waves while active, Priority Waves, and enhanced discovery.
• A Priority Wave is shown more prominently. It does not guarantee a catch or a chat.
• Free users spend daily Waves first, then permanent Waves. Wave+ does not spend your purchased balance for ordinary sends.

Payments

Prices are in INR and charged through Razorpay. You authorise Razorpay to collect the amount shown at checkout. Purchased Waves and Wave+ are digital goods delivered in-app. See the Refund Policy — purchases are not refundable.

Acceptable use

Do not harass, impersonate, spam, scrape, or use the app for anything illegal. No under-18 contact. No fake photos or verification abuse. We may hide profiles, limit Waves, or close accounts that break these rules. You can block or report someone in the app.

Location and safety

Nearby is for people actually around you. Meet in public if you meet at all. We are not a party to any in-person meeting and are not responsible for other users’ conduct.

Your content

You keep rights in your photos and messages. You give us a licence to host and show them so the product can work. Do not post content you do not have the right to use.

Accounts

You can delete your account in Profile. That removes your profile, photos, Waves, chats, and wallet. We may suspend accounts that harm the community or the service.

Availability

We aim to keep Catch My Wave running but do not promise uninterrupted service, a certain number of people nearby, or that any Wave will be caught.

Liability

To the extent Indian law allows, Catch My Wave is provided as-is. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for what other users say or do. Our total liability for a paid purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Jodhpur, Rajasthan have exclusive jurisdiction.
